Terms

Short version: be honest, be decent, and remember that a match on Trialistapp is an introduction, not a contract.

Accounts

• You must be 16 or over to set up a player profile.
• Use your real name. If you add a clip, it must be of you. Profiles that are not what they claim to be are removed.
• Only people who genuinely run or represent a club may claim its card. We check claims and may ask for proof.
• Coaches and agents must say who they work for, and agents must give their FA registration number. We may ask for proof and may suspend an account at any time. Coaches and agents only see players aged 18 or over who have chosen to be shown to them.

Club pages

The club page is a paid extra for claimed clubs. The club is responsible for what it puts there. Only add contact details for people who have agreed to be listed, and do not post names, photos or details of children.

Club cards

Cards for unclaimed clubs are built from public league tables and websites. Figures can lag and contact details can be out of date. The "what they need" line on an unclaimed card is a guess from the numbers, clearly marked as such.

Trials and matches

Trialistapp introduces players to clubs, coaches and agents. Anything after that, including trials, registration, expenses and insurance, is between you and the club and subject to FA and league rules.

Content

You keep the rights to your clip and words. You give us permission to show them to clubs on the service and, if you tick the boxes on your profile, to approved coaches and agents. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. Use the Report link on a card, trial or conversation to tell us about one.
